I am running The Great South Run ( 10 miles ) on the 26th October in aid of the charity Muffin's Dream Foundation, who support mentally and physically disabled children and their families. You can read more about their voluntary efforts at:

I appreciate and I am always mindful of the many requests these days for sponsorship and support but any sponsorship, however small, would be gratefully appreciated by myself and the charity. Now to get out and complete the training for those 10 miles.....
