I am running the Great North Run for the local charity Sunshine and Smiles . This was something I decided to do last year- to mark my 50th birthday!!!!!
It would be great if you could sponsor me to help this great local charity!!
Sunshine and Smiles is based in Leeds and aims to improve the opportunities for children and young people with Down's syndrome. They offer speech and language therapy, regular groups and activities and support and advocacy for families, as well as raising awareness and challenging preconceptions in the wider community.
