This is my local mosque, which has been such an aid to my reversion to Islam. I have met some amazing sisters there. The head Imam is very understanding of the needs and experiences of new Muslims and has put on many events and activities, which are inclusive of ALL. (Not exclusive to Muslims only.)
The women attending the mosque requested more female only sports classes our Imam and other administrative staff put many into place. For example the Basketball sessions which I coach are thriving and are enjoyed by women from all cultures, backgrounds and religious denominations.
The facilities are good, however there is a growing ummah and congregation, therefore this mosque is in need of redevelopment.
I want to do all I can to enable this, please give what you can. In sha'Allah
