People will be encouraged and supported to act on their own behalf to help them manage their finances and gain the confidence to take action to get back control of their lives. LAD is able to sign-post clients on to specialist organisations - if they need extra advice and debt management.

Many organisations that help people with financial issues deal only with specific issues and have little time to support individuals. People with financial worries often have a range of issues that need to be addressed. This project takes a whole person approach, allows people time to off-load the whole range of issues and helps them deal with the whole range of issues not just the debt/money management

We have all Clients Details in a Data Protected programme and keep their Personal Information and feed back forms to record the number of clients we see in the next 1 2 and 3 years. In a recent Market Survey it is shown 5 people in 20 are having financial problems and LAD will be evaluated by future Surveys and Client Figure Charts.
