It's that time of year again - when I haul myself up and down Kirkstall Road in the blazing sunshine, to support a fabulous cause. Sunshine and Smiles work so hard to improve the lives and opportunities of children and families living with Down Syndrome in Leeds - anything you can give to help support them would be much appreciated and will keep me going on that last hilly kilometer!
