Running 13,1 miles around Hackney for KEEN London

If you know me, you will not be surprised, after looking at the KeenLondon website, that I chose this charity to run and raise funds for. The combination of athletics and providing support and encouragement for children is right up my street. Doing so by running around the streets where I grew up makes it even better! I confess that I hadn't heard of Keen London before my desperate, almost last minute attempt to find a place in the Hackney Half, after entries had closed. I looked through Virginsport's list of Charity Partners and knew, after reading the first page of the KEEN London website that this is the charity I want to raise funds for. I have been thinking of working with children, over the past few months so I will be volunteering with them, Have a look at the website and I'm sure that you will want to volunteer but if time is a problem, please take the easy option an donate generously. Every little helps.
