London to Brighton Cycle Ride (the unoffical)
Its a 70 mile cycle ride from London to Brighton in one day.
The bad news is that I am out of training and its 70 miles in a day.
The good news is that I am cycling with my lovely 2 daughters Nats and Ella and 2 wonderful friends of theirs Rachel and Will.
What could be a better to ease away the aches and pains - one thing is for sure we will laugh a lot!
And all for a very worthy cause!!!
