It isn't a marathon but it's a huge physical and mental challenge for me. I'm doing it to support Dangerpoint, first time running for a local charity and it feels great knowing I'll be having a tangible effect on the lives of children from my own community.

The Flintshire 10k & 5K, the race starts and finishes at the Mold Leisure centre and takes a loop around the town, an undulating but quick course
