We are doing a relay event in the Royal Windsor Triathlon on Sunday 16th June 2019. Louise will be speedy on a bike across 40K - she needs to invest in a bike with more than one gear and pick up pace 500%. Sarah will be doing the 10K run - but hasn't ran for over two years really and also the mile swim - she has never swam more than a few lengths and certainly not in a lake.
Why are we doing this? We are doing this in the hope to raise money for a brilliant charity - The Reasons Why Foundation - that is committed to supporting ex-offenders through mentorship and change programmes. Your donation will help to create the gateway for positive change enabling them to create a new way of life with a positive contribution to society.
