although receiving birthday presents is lovely even when you are 50, I really do not need anything.
However, if you are determined to spend some of your hard earned cash, please consider making a donation to Sunshine and Smiles on my behalf. They are a local group who do lots of great activities to support children who have Down's syndrome and their families.
