Luke tragically passed away on Tuesday 28th June 2022 aged 26 years.
Luke's Celebration of Life Ceremony will be on Wednesday 20th July 2022 at Worthing Crematorium Kingswood Chapel at 11:00.
There will be an open motorcycle procession leaving from Orchard Avenue, Lancing (BN15 9EA) at 10:00.
