On Sunday the 29th July I will be riding 100 miles and taking part in Ride London for charity. It will be a long day and I expect to complete the course in about in 7 hours. Hopefully I can raise money for a really great cause through KVA-(Love Kingston). Please help if you can. These dedicated, passionate local causes support local residents to improve their lives, these include homeless people, women escaping domestic violence, families without a meal on the table or in financial hardship, and disadvantaged young people.
