During this difficult and restricted period I wanted to do something to show my support for our front line works who are putting themselves on the line everyday for us.
I plan to do 45 Joe Wicks workouts during the month of May, I know my contribution is only a small one but I believe all these small contributions make for one big one.
At the Jehu Group our chosen Charity partner is Carers Trust Wales, so all my efforts will be to raise some money as I can for them starting with a target of 100.
Carers Trust Wales work to improve support, services and recognition for anyone living with the challenges of caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or addiction problems. Their vision is that unpaid carers count and can access the help they need to live their lives.
Right now there are many vulnerable unpaid carers out there and with the COVID19 pandemic things have just become even more difficult.
Any support or contribution you can give will be greatly received.
