Lys Runs 10k for SAYit

As you may or may not be aware, I am currently training towards my 4th Dan Black Belt in martial arts. Alongside my martial arts training and gradings I am required to complete 4 challenges outside of my training, one of which is a "giving back challenge." 
For this I have decided to take part in a 10k run and raise money for a local Sheffield LGBTQ+ charity, "SAYit." SAYit work with teenagers and young adults who are part of the LGBTQ+ community and provides them with practical advice, emotional support and social opportunities. I am lucky enough to have family and friends who have loved and supported me my whole life with my sexuality; however there are young people in Sheffield who do not have the same support and are bullied, disowned and beaten for their sexuality or gender identity. 
Money raised from this will go towards supporting groups or individuals and give them a safe place where they can express their true selves. I would be really grateful if you could donate, even if it's just a small amount.
