On Saturday 28th September 2024 @ 11.00am Gill, Cameron, Jakki and Rachael (plus honorary LOHO folks, Andy & Ben) will be competing in the Craggy Island Triathlon which takes place Hebridean island of Kerrera near to Oban.

They will be competing in swimming, cycling and running, all off road. Cameron and Gill are doing the full tri, whilst Rachael & Jakki are teaming up for the race.

The course includes a 600m point-to-point swim around Kerrera Marina, before heading off to Gylen Castle at the South end of the Island on the 16km bike course. The tri finishes up with a 8.5km trail run around the North End peninsula.
