Over the next 100 days I’ve decided to challenge myself to cycle a minimum of 20miles a day in order to help raise awareness for children with disabilities, who over come their daily struggles however big or small they may seem.
My god daughter Gracie was diagnosed with West Syndrome which is a rare form of epilepsy when she was not even a year old. Today she attends a fantastic special needs school called Redway School in Milton Keynes. They do not only help Gracie on a daily basis to develop and overcome her hurdles but they also do a fantastic job helping and nurturing many other children with various disabilities. Any money raised from this challenge will go to the school to help with their development programmes and give children the tools they need to help over come any challenge.
I put this out there to anyone who also wants to challenge themselves in joining me on a cycle during the 100 days. Whether its on the road, in the gym or even on tandems! This is all about #makingmovements and raising awareness of the daily struggles and hurdles that the children and “Gracie” at Redway School make on a daily basis.

Challenge begins 28th of may till 5th September
