I completed my first Brighton marathon  in April 2024 after only running seriously for 8 months.

I walked a way with a time of 3:42:38 which i was absolutely delighted with ,But i aim to better this in Manchester next time around with a 3:15.

I was very fortunate to have been offered a London marathon spot for a charity that i had run and raised  money for in the past, But i have chosen against this to instead raise funds for Linden bridge school where my son Archie attends.

It was a tough decision not to run in London which is obviously the pinnacle of the marathon events, But the extraordinary work and and major support  that linden bridge not only provides for my son but the other pupils is nothing short of speculator.

Linden bridge school provides effective specialist education and support to pupils with autism and there families, Enabling pupils to achieve their full potential in education and life.

Every parent would prefer there children to attend a main stream school, But for me and my partner, there is no better place to cater for archies needs and its an absolute pleasure to be representing such a well worthy cause.

Linden bridge school are in great need of new playground equipment and fingers crossed i can raise as much monies as possible to put a smile on all the pupils and teachers faces by making this happen.

Let the rain, cold and hard training begin.
