September 2020 I will be taking part in Ironman Wales in aid of a charity close to my heart Age Connects Morgannwg, which is a local charity that supports older people living in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil, to get the help they want, when they want it. My partner currently works for the charity and see's first hand how vulnerable older people are in our communities, and how budget cuts are affecting the most vulnerable people within our community. Every penny raised will go to supporting this cause and the fantastic work they do.
