As Europe's biggest 10k running event, more than a quarter of a million enthusiastic runners have taken to the streets of Manchester to accomplish their individual goals. Mine is to push my fitness to the next level whilst helping support a great charity called SAFE (Standards Against Female Exploitation) This charity is there to help find victims of Modern Day sexual slavery and free them of their every day tortures.
