I support The Fircroft Trust because it is a great local charity working people with a mental health problem and /or learning disability in kingston upon Thames.
One in four people will have a mental health problem at some point in their lives and it is the biggest killer of men under 50. However, stigmas and misunderstandings still exist and is the number one issue that people with a mental health problem have to face.
The Fircroft Trust also provides Residential services for adults with learning Disability at their state-of-the-art complex in Hook, Chessington.
I work as a part of this team and running this year, this is a great cause.
