Every year Wellworking staff choose a charity they would like to support and raise funds for over the next 12 months.
This year we have selected Men's Minds Matter, a suicide prevention and intervention organisation that specifically works with men.
They work to reduce the worrying numbers around male suicide and change the understanding of masculinity in society.
They’ve developed a life-saving model – which informs their work with people in crisis, as well as being used by the NHS across the UK. They also offer workplace training, and contribute to vital research.
Wellworking will be taking part in a series of fundraising events through the year including long distance runs, swimming challenges, bake sales and lots more. You can follow what we've been up to on our social media channels.

Given the fantastic cause and my participation in the TCS London Marathon, it seems only appropriate that I expend both funds as well as my likely last breath, supporting it. 😉
