Tackling social isolation, poverty and destitution amongst asylum seeking women, refugees and their children within North Staffordshire; Connecting Communities.A mentoring & befriending outreach program & campaign for the service users of Embrace and communities within North Staffordshire and the Diocese of Lichfield.

Why they need our service

To form a support system and create a dialogue for asylum seeking & refugee women who are marginalised, isolated and living in poverty in North Staffordshire. The project aims to provide a support network to reduce social isolation which often leads to extreme mental health problems and desperation.

Plan and expected results
