Join us on Saturday 11 May 2019, 7-9pm at Portishead Lido!
Flamingo Chicks will once again be taking on the challenge of a Mermaid Swim. It's an hour long relay swim wearing a mono fin and tail! We're hoping for a big team of 'mermaids and mermen' to help us swim as far as we can to raise vital funds for Flamingo Chicks. It's fun for all the family and before you enter the pool you'll be given training from experienced instructors MermaidsUK and be provided with a Mono Fin and one of their beautiful MermaidsUK tails for the challenge.

This year, we’re hoping to smash that target! To take part you just need to be aged 8 and over, be able to swim one length of a swimming pool confidently. Sign up now:

£100 could fund a dance workshop at a children’s hospice or hospital or a sensory kit for class, enabling disabled children or children with cancer the chance to enjoy movement with friends.
