Thanks for Localgiving & Postcode Comunity Trust - Magic Little Grants, Ministry of Empowerment - Woman2woman project delivers chair-based exercise sessions every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 3.15pm to 3.45pm. These sessions are delivered at a pace that suits you and from the comfort of your home.
