I have decided to grow a moustache for charity - it was originally going to occur throughout November (Movember) but after getting some positive feedback I'm keeping it into the New Year!
I will be supporting Waddington Street Centre in Durham, a mental health resource centre which provides services to people from the local area. I am a volunteer at the centre, but have myself benefited from this resource when things have not been going so well, and have found the building, its service users, staff and volunteers to be extremely friendly and welcoming. It will be sorely missed should it ever have to close.
All donations, whether small or large, will be gratefully received. In return I will post photos of my emerging 'tache over the following few weeks on facebook. Thanks so much for your support!
