Must Tri Harder

This year's fundraiser is Must Tri Harder! It's still often too hard for many people with disabilities to live their lives the way they want. Stay Up Late Scotland and the Learning Disability Group of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire are groups that challenge expectations and support better futures. My (Alastair Minty) first Triathlon since an accident three years ago which left me with metalwork and an allegedly "life changing injury" and limited movement in my left arm. Never been one to take no for an answer, now back doing everything I was doing before. Derrick Strong will join me for the 70.3 mile Aberfeldy Triathlon in August, and Bruce Stewart (Stay Up Late member) will make up the trio at the Beast of Banchory obstacle race in September.
