I will be co-teaching and taking part in a two hour Zumbathon at Diamond Fitness in Broadwater on Sunday 4th November. Two hours of non stop dancing, shimmying, shaking and sweating!
All the funds raised from the event are going to Reaching Families.
My Worthing team are joining me and supporting me on the day! Please can you help us and donate!
