NDAS do a fantastic job providing training and support to men, women and children living with domestic abuse. Please help me to support NDAS in their work. I hate heights and don't like flying. So on 1st June 2018 I will be throwing myself out of an aeroplane in order to raise awareness and funds for this incredible charity.
