I’m participating in the Dragon boat race on July 16th to raise funds for local charities . Not what I’d usually do and It’s certainly a challenge . It’s a great way to meet new people , get some exercise and raise money to help local people. Please support me - by making a donation or coming to watch - preferably both ! 😎
