As a music obsessive with a mental health condition I think Tonic do some absolutely astounding work and I'm very pleased to be part of their fund-raising team. I seriously hate flying so this is going to be terrifying but that's the whole point!! Please help me raise £1000 for this great cause, I'll even post a video of myself screaming in horror as I hurtle towards the ground at god knows what speed so you can all enjoy my pain ?
