The outreach team will engage with young people on their own territory and sign post them into a centre based provision. We will offer them a safe, warm environment to work on developmental issue based work.The workers will build relationships and trust with young people. Groups will take part in developmental group work sessions; which will be based around the needs of young people i.e. healthy cooking, relationship and friendship sessions.

The project will engage, challenge and develop young people. It will support their self-development through new experiences and opportunities. It will promote a morePositive image of young people within their community by using video's, photographs, social media and survey monkey to obtain evidence of the work that has been carried out.

We will also be working in partnership with outside agencies to deliver sessions based on identified needs such as safety.We will work with young people over a period of times, and will engage them in positive diversionary activities.
