In March this year I lost my dad after a long battle with Huntingtons Disease. Huntington’s has been described as having Motor Neurone’s Disease, Dementia and Parkinson’s Disease all at once. It’s one of the worst conditions anyone could possibly suffer from and unfortunately it’s also genetic so families are often affected by the disease for many generations.
In memory of my dad Amy and I, along with 10 of our friends and family, have signed up to run the Bangor 10K this September to help raise money to support other local families who are affected by Huntington’s.
All donations will be gratefully received.
If anyone else would like to join us please get yourself signed up and let us know!

Well done to all the Dalglishs and McDonalds!
What a team! So thankful to have 10 people running in memory of Paul. 9 hours 29 minutes and 43 seconds of running and over £1,300 is some achievement. Thank you everyone.
