In lieu of birthday gifts, for my 50th, I would really love if you could make a donation, however small, to this very worthy local charity. Having struggled with my own mental health at times and knowing the value that access to counseling can bring, I know that supporting the Aisling Centre will provide the access to the help & support that others may need. It has been a particularly challenging few years for us all. And the harsh reality is that more & more of us will need to access the valuable services provided by the likes of the Aisling Centre.
So, please dig only as deep as your pockets will allow & help me celebrate in style!!
