Team Fundraisers
I am once participating in the Great North Run, raising money for Age UK Darlington.
The money will be going towards helping sustain vital services that Age UK Darlington offer, these will include the Dementia Cafe and Befriending scheme.
Older people are often forgotten but remember we will all grow old one day and if we ever find ourselves in such a situation we will be thankful that services such as Age UK Darlington's exist.
