Touchstones are a small charity that work to support bereaved children and young people in NE Worcestershire. They work alongside families and schools, offering support and equipping these children and young people to deal with all they are going through in a positive way.
This is a cause very close to our hearts. They do amazing work in our local community and you can be sure that every pound you donate will make a massive difference to children in the area in a really awful time in their lives so please give generously so we can make a massive difference!!
Just £500 gives up to 16 of these children an opportunity to meet others who share the same feelings as them (which can make a huge difference), learn how to deal with the emotions they are experiencing and do it on a weekend where they can do incredible outdoor stuff like climbing and zipwiring, and just be children again.
Stefan Hodgetts, Sean Phillips and Amy Astill are taking part in a gruelling 24 hour mountain bike race on the Isle of Man in a team of just three people - visit www.ldlr.im for more details of the event and http://touchstones-support.org.uk/ to read more about this amazing charity.
