We are providing reusable menstrual products to alleviate the struggles and we are tackling period poverty sustainably. We are having the conversations that so many are avoiding, we are breaking down barriers and fighting the taboo but we need your help, both to enable us to assist those suffering and to have these conversations.

Sadly, period poverty is a very real occurrence on our doorsteps yet many dismiss it. No-one chooses to suffer the discomfort of rags, socks, wads of loo roll or whatever else they're forced to use as a makeshift pad. This in turn risks cystitis, thrush, bacterial vaginosis and worse - does anyone really deserve that? When people are unable to talk about a perfectly normal bodily function, it leads to shame and unspoken issues failing to be addressed and the symptom eased/eliminated.

This project will provide reusable menstrual products for those suffering from period poverty. It offers a sustainable and long term solution, meaning those facing this terrifying, inhumane manifestation of poverty will be free to lead their everyday lives without that worry, for upwards of a decade.
