Why they need our serviceThe Personal Social Development Programme offer young people the chance to increase their confidence and achieve qualifications to enhance their employability. Young people may lose out on their education through no fault of their own, this could be through bullying, carer, lack of confidence, negative experience in main stream school.
Plan and expected resultsthe chance to develop their personal skills, such as confidence, communication, team work and self esteem.the chance to learn Maths and Literacy skills that are transferable into life skills such as working out how to budget, manage bills, wages etc.the opportunities to socialise with others through positive activities which promote confidence, new experiences, and enhances our communication with peers, in an encouraging and supporting way.
