I’m raising money for the Life Project at Swim 100. The Life Project is a small charity supporting people with learning disabilities across Bath and the Swim 100 event is an important part of our charity’s fundraising campaign. Their target this year is £3,000 which will help them to continue and develop projects.
The plan was to swim a couple of miles somewhere in Wales if possible on our Welsh road trip or failing that do that once back in (my local) is bath uni pool.
Update on this, I’ve now swum 3 x 1500 metres in: 1. Lyn Padarn (Llanberis) - one width return (featured photo); 2. 15x100m lengths between ‘safe swim’ flags Newgale Sands (below and to right); 3. A Rainy 1500m Swansea bay (below and to left). Number 2 was the chilliest although it was a sunny day. Please donate what you can. Thanks
