I am running the Southampton Marathon on Sunday April 7th in aid of the John McNeill Opportunity Centre. My wife Rachel worked there for several years, and they are doing a necessary and amazing job in helping to educate children with special needs and disabilities, with very limited public funding.
I have passed the age where I chase new personal bests, but please think of the children in desperate need, my pain to train and run and give generously. Thank you very much!
