Provide support to children and their families diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes
They are a St.Helens & Widnes group that aims to support local children and their families diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. As parents of children with Type 1, they understand the impact it can have on life and how devastating the news of your child's diagnosis can be. For parents, the group gives the opportunity to talk to people to who understand what it's like to live with Type 1 Diabetes. For children, the group is about having fun with other children living with the same condition.
