We need your help!! Like many charities, Skilz are facing significant financial challenges with many funding pots being more difficult to secure and the increase in the cost of living. We are looking at every way that we can ensure we continue to provide the services we do in Arbroath for the local people. We want to ask if you can support us by making a donation to ensure that our services continue to contribute to a healthier and more happier community.
Why should you donate and what is Skilz?
Skilz is a local charity in Arbroath with the mission to enhance lives through a diverse range of opportunities which promote health and wellbeing for all. Our trustees are all local to Arbroath, and we have a small team of staff who facilitate our work weekly.
Skilz has grown from strength to strength since it's registration as a charity in 2017. We currently deliver the following 5 projects:
In 2023 we finally opened the PKS Arena after 5 years of securing the funding to upgrade the facility for the the local community to use. Over 1000 people use the facility every week!
A fundraising committee who freely give their time to organise events have raised thousands of pounds which support all the work we deliver for free in the local community.

- Community Health & Wellbeing Project
- Glow Sports
- DJ ProjectWe work with hundreds of people every week to improve confidence, reduce social isolation and improve over all wellbeing. Our community health and wellbeing project is free to attend to ensure that no one faces a financial barrier to accessing our activities. Our project directly support the most vulnerable people in our community.
