We are going to abseil 100m (328 feet!) down the Spinnaker Tower for Portsmouth Mind - The Mental Health Charity.
Paul Murray Investments (PMI) recognise that mental health problems can directly or indirectly affect us all at some stage in our lives. We have taken the challenge to overcome our vertigo and abseil 328 feet down the Spinnaker Tower.
PMI have covered the cost of the abseil so 100% of your donations go to the charity.
Portsmouth Mind is committed to challenging the stigma of mental health and works within the Community to -
• Promote better mental health in our community
• Promote social inclusion
• Offer volunteering opportunities
• Fundraise to support our Community projects
• Involve clients in service development and delivery, with regular Coffee & Catch Up forums
• Mental Health awareness training for employers
• Partnership working
