Possibility People are a charity that makes more things possible for you in your life, no matter what your situation. They can help you find help at home, give you moral support and provide expert advice if you have a problem.
They work with disabled people, older people and young people, or anyone with an impairment or long term health condition. We work in Brighton & Hove and East and West Sussex.
My company, BrightMinded, have been helping Possibility People with their digital strategy and web pressence. Its been a great project and I've been working with some fantastic and dedicated people. Their commitment has inspired me to sponsor my next run; the Brighton10.
