I've decided to dust off my school running trainers and join the Riff Raff Bupa 10k team along with my lovely hubby, who has committed to training me for the event to support one of our friends. Anyone who knows me knows I'm more of a cheerleader to my twice ironman hubby, Taekwondo black belt son and gymnast daughter and not a sportsperson myself.
