I am running (loose term really to describe the range from Mo Farah to the waddlers like me) the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday week, 8th October.
I would like to raise as much money as possible to support The Clocktower Sanctuary.
This is a charity which supports homeless young people in Brighton.
More than 150,000 young people ask for help with homelessness every year. Brighton and Hove now has the second largest homeless population in the UK, outside of Westminster.
Michelle and I have worked for the charity since we moved to Brighton and see first hand the difference it makes. We work with many intelligent, articulate young people who just need some support to get them back to work and in secure, safe accomodation.
