Proactive Personnel Warrington are fundraising for JUMP Children's Charity.
JUMP supports children with terminal and life-limiting illnesses across the North West of England and in the Clwyd county of Wales. JUMP was inspired by Jacob Hawthorn, born in June 2000, Jacob was diagnosed with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy. With no cure for his illness, his family were determined to ensure they'd capture their remaining time together. Jacob passed away in February 2004, and the photographs and video that his family captured of their time with Jacob have become an everlasting tribute.
