I'm running this half-marathon the organisation I work for, Concrete Rose, and for the amazing hosts and young people I’ve come to know and care deeply for! 

Whilst I run, I’ll be reflecting on the compassion, dedication and open-heartedness that our hosts show in accommodating young people at risk of homelessness; I’ll also be thinking about the perseverance and character I’ve seen in our young people – and the great joy it gives me to be a part of their lives.
