About

In 2014, Rupika, Omar, Pat and Sanja participated in Charity Walk for Peace and raised £1,500 for RAK Hardship Fund which supports the most destitute of our clients. This wonderful event organised by Ahmadiyya Muslim Elders Association has been running since 1998. Total money raised by this organisation since then is amazing £3.5 million in support of 250 UK registered charities. We are walking again this year and are hoping that you will support us in raising more funds for RAK. Any amount you give us will be MATCHED-FUNDED by the organisers. This scheme is set up for small local charities like RAK to help assist the most deserving. If you want to join us and help with getting sponsorships, please get in touch: director@refugeeactionkingston.org.uk or simply come to the Kingston Train Station on 14 May 2017 at 8am. Details of the event WHEN: Sunday, 14th May 2017 10.30am Opening Ceremony and Start of the Walk 12.30pm Lunch followed by Concluding Session WHERE: 1000 Dockside, Silvertown E16 2QU HOW TO GET THERE: The nearest station is DLR Royal Albert Thank you, Catrin
