Rat Race - Tamsin Hegarty

Haven Power's very own Tamsin Hegarty is once again taking part in the Rat Race, the world's biggest obstacle course, at Burghley House on the 12th May. The course is over 20 miles and has 200 obstacles along the way! Tamsin is fundraising for Eden-Rose Coppice Trust (Brickmakers' Wood). Eden-Rose Coppice Trust is a charity that restores neglected town centre woodlands that have been hot spots for criminal drug use, flytipping and more. The beneficial green spaces then provide perfect pockets of tranquility for palliative care. The woodland retreats give cancer patients, their families, volunteers, care givers and nurses an opportunity to escape, reflect and connect with nature in a safe and private tranquil environment. their charity also focuses on those living with mobility, health and disability problems. Tamsin has set herself a target of £250 and with your generosity, let’s smash this target and help Tamsin to raise much more.
