Many Eritrean & East African Refugees cannot communicate effectively in English - preventing them from accessing service; from contributing and integrating to society. They lack access to relevant information in a language they can understand thus do not know what they are entitled to. They lack understanding how the labour market operates forcing them to rely on benefits thus they need support to find jobs compounded with lack of understanding obtaining documents make their life difficult.
